Questions about our dental clinic? No problem. Here are some of the most common questions our patients have.
Yes! We are always looking to welcome new patients and families into our practice. Our practice is built on word of mouth referrals from existing patients, and we truly believe that the referral of a loved one is the highest compliment we can receive.
Although we are out of network with all dental insurances, as long as your dental plan allows you to see any provider you choose, you will receive coverage for your visits with us. Even though we are out of network, many patients choose to come to our practice because of the quality of care we deliver. If you would like to know exactly how much your insurance would cover towards your visit, we are happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company prior to any visit you have with us.
We understand that dental care can be costly, and we will work with you and your dental insurance to maximize your benefits.
For all procedures, no matter how big or small, we offer a 10% discount to patients who pay in full at the time of treatment. If you do this, and you have dental insurance, we will electronically submit a claim on your behalf to your dental insurance, directing them to send reimbursement directly to you.
If you would prefer your insurance company to pay us first, we will, again, submit a claim on your behalf, directing payment to be sent to our office. After receiving payment from your insurance company, we will bill you for any portion of our fees not covered by your insurance.
We are happy to accept Care Credit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal check and cash as forms of payment.
We want your first visit to be easy, relaxing and stress-free!
Below, you can download our new patient paperwork so that it may be completed prior to your first visit with us.
Please also bring a current list of all medications you are taking.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance ID cards as well. If your insurance coverage is under a different person (spouse, parent, etc.), it is also helpful if you are able to provide us with that person’s date of birth and social security number.
We are committed to your safety throughout your visit with us. We use new or disposable materials that come into direct contact with you whenever available. All of our instruments go through a rigorous sterilization cycle in accordance with ADA guidelines. In addition, our office staff regularly attends continuing education classes on sterilization techniques in dentistry.
